Does Mr. Shoe Dealer has a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store. However, we do have a location where our product inspections takes place.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

The order times differentiate depending on the sneaker you purchased. The delivery time for each sneaker is located in the product description of each product. If you've read the product description and still have questions about delivery times, feel free to reach out to us by email or by phone.

 

What is your cancellation policy       

All cancelled orders will be charged a $50 transaction fee. No exceptions!

 

What is your return policy?

Refunds are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your products. Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 1-4 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that a $50 transaction fee will be deducted from your refund

In the unlikely event that you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace them at no cost.
